Delivery and Returns
Royal Mail and Courier Services
We use Royal Mail as our preferred UK and International standard delivery service but reserve the option to use an alternative courier if necessary.
We also offer UK Next Day Insured/Tracked delivery options available at the checkout - see details below.
Next Day orders are only valid on working business days and will require a signature upon arrival, so please be sure to supply an address with someone present to sign.
International Express Courier Shipping is also available at the checkout to selected destinations.
Please remember to place your order well in advance to allow plenty of time for your Mystic Magic designs to arrive in time for your special occasion!

Standard UK and Northern Ireland Postage - £4.95
Standard Parcels go via Royal Mail - 1st Class Signed For and are set to arrive within 2-4 working days but can take up to 7 days. This is a signed for service only and we keep proof of posting for each parcel dispatched.
A signature will be required upon delivery. Any packages not received/signed for will be taken back to your local sorting office where it will await your collection.
Top Tip - If in doubt about whether you'll be at home for delivery then perhaps think about getting your package delivered to your work address instead.
*Please Note - if you need a guarantee of delivery then we recommend the Next Day service below.
UK Next Day Special Delivery - £8.95
This option is available at the checkout.
Royal Mail - Special Delivery is a fully tracked, insured and signed for service.
Orders made with the Next Day Delivery option by 1 p.m. Monday to Friday are endeavoured to be delivered by end of the following working day (not including Sat/Sun) within Mainland UK. A signature will be required upon delivery. Any packages not signed for will be taken back to your local sorting office where it will be waiting for your collection. Mystic Magic will not be liable for any late deliveries.

We ship our Mystic Magic designs worldwide from the UK using Royal Mail or Transglobal Express courier services. This guarantees that your order is fully tracked, insured and arrives within 3-7 working days.
*Please Note - Customers are responsible for all/any applicable Customs Fees levied by the destination country.

Delivery aims according to Transglobal Express are:
Transglobal Express utilises leading Couriers UPS, DHL, DPD etc. to offer a UK or International express door to door delivery service.
Worldwide shipping is calculated on weight and size of parcel and delivery is within 3 - 5 days of dispatch. This option is ideal for urgent and last minute orders.
Shipping quotes for this service are available for selected destinations at checkout or otherwise upon request and *please note that customers are responsible for any applicable Customs fees.

Orders That Have Not Yet Arrived?
If your order is still not yet arrived then please make sure to check the following...
*Check the delivery address details that you gave us were complete and sufficient.
*Make sure no one else at your delivery address or neighbour could have taken the parcel in for you.
*Check to see if your postman has left any notes telling you where the parcel is.
You can also contact us to confirm your tracking number and where we can advise exactly when we shipped your parcel so that you can call your sorting office with the information.

Returns
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 business days of receipt of your package. Within this period you can return the goods to us. In this instance the Customer will be liable for all return costs.
Any goods must be returned to Mystic Magic packaged safely within the 14 days in the original condition as received (new, unused, unmarked, original packaging etc.)
Goods with signs of usage damage including wear and tear or mishandling will not be accepted.
Credits or refunds will not be issued for any goods with damage caused to incorrect handling, storage or due to any misuse by the customer.
Damage to goods during postage/shipping must be reported and returned to Mystic Magic within 48 hours. A suitable replacement will be offered wherever possible and despatched upon receipt of damaged goods.

In the unlikely event of an item developing a fault due to manufacturing we will be pleased to rectify the problem free of charge within one year of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.
